HOW TO BUY OUR FURNITURE AND LIGHTING PRODUCTS
To place an order by phone, please call between the hours of 9am and 6pm (EST), Monday through Friday. Furniture and lighting products are also available through home furnishing retailers, interior designers and showrooms nationwide. To find the closest retailer in your area please call our office and we will gladly assist you. In the event that there is not a retailer near you, we will be happy to ship directly to you from Cleveland, Ohio.

SHIPPING
Lighting products usually ship out within 3-5 days after your order is received. If the item is not in stock, we will notify you via e-mail and let you know when you can expect your shipment.
Since our furniture is custom made, please allow 6-8 weeks for shipping.
Except where noted, our products ship via FEDEX or UPS ground within the Continental United States. If you would like your order to be shipped more quickly, additional shipping charges will apply.
Items ordered together may not always ship together.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom- furnishings, bedding, accessories, select gifts and clothing, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon ordering. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom products are noted as such in the product descriptions.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Simply call us within 10 business days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is valid for 10 business days. All returns MUST have an authorization number and MUST be sent back to the address from where the package originated. Upon receipt of your approved return, aliciastanleyandcompany.com will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you selected in exchange. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by aliciastanleyandcompany.com; all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against lost or damage. All non-defective items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you return an item after 10 business days , without a Return Authorization Number, and/or Alicia Stanley & Company, Ltd suspects an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.. If you would like to cancel an order, we can honor the cancellation request provided that the item has not yet shipped.

DISCLAIMER
Alicia Stanley & Company Ltd hand-made furniture may, over time, experience shrinking or expansion due to humidity and temperature change. Our furniture, constructed from solid wood could experience slight displacement, as furniture normally does. This slight expansion or contraction is indicative of the character of the reproduction. Any imperfections in the painting are created to add character to each piece. Because each piece is hand finished, it will have its own unique look. Knots and variations in the wood are part of our country cottage look and therefore, no two pieces are alike. Nicks, scratches and distressing are a normal part of the aging look in our cottage collection line.
